During a period of tremendous internal and external change for Instinctif Partners; new financial investors, new CEO and a Global Pandemic, I worked with a group of senior stakeholders to develop the creative brief and help organise the RFP for a competitive pitch process for a 250K redesign of our London Office - adjusting to the needs of a Post-Pandemic work environment.
Intstinctif Partner’s London City location accommodates nearly 350 staff in approximately 20,000 square feet on the first floor of 65 Gresham Street. It had not had a makeover since 2014, and in the face of ‘re-entry’, the way we traditionally work in the office had to change.
The goals were relatively straightforward, albeit challenging; foster a more collaborative and communal environment, introduce more light, and eradicate the action office of old, yet retain as much existing office furniture as possible.
K2 Space won the bid and was responsible for successfully delivering the office refit. Please visit their website for a comprehensive breakdown; decoding the brief, delivering the environmental changes requested and providing the collaborative and communal space desired.
A special thank you to K2 Space for the usage of their images.
